- What is In-Tend?

- How do I know when tender documents have been published to me?
| You may receive an e-mail informing you that tender documents have been published to you. Alternatively you can also login to the web site and navigate to the tender you are awaiting documents for and the staus message will inform you of the tender's current status. |
- I need to maintain my company details. How do I do that?
| Login to the web site using the login information you provided during the New User Registration process. Once logged in, click the Company Details button and then click the relevant button depending on the information you need to maintain. |
- When I close my questionnaire I am not returned to the web site.
| If during the answering of your questionnaire you used another piece of software (E.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) then when you save and close the questionnaire it will open the window you used last. If this happens simply select the In-Tend Web Site from the Start Menu toolbar. |
- How do I send my return?
| The submit return button will become available once you have added at least one document to your return (if no questionnaires are present). If your return contains any In-Tend Questionnaires, all questionnaires must be at "Completed" status before you can make your return. |
- I've forgotten my login information. What do I do now?
| From the login screen of the web site click the "Forgotten your details? Click Here" and follow the instructions. If you do not receive an e-mail or can still not login to the web site after you have received it, please contact the procurer for assistance. |
- Some of the buttons on the left hand side of the screen do not work. What do I do now?
| It is likely that you do not have Javascript enabled in your internet browser. From the help section check that the browser you are using is supported by the In-Tend web site. If it is not you will need to download a later version of the browser you are using. If the browser you are using is supported by the In-Tend web site you will need to make sure that Javascript is enabled. Please contact your network administrator for assistance. |
